Students Discuss Global Goals at the Assembly

Primary

Last week at the Elementary School assembly, a number of students presented their learnings.

All the presentations linked in some way to social and environmental challenges and how we can move towards making the world a better place.

Some of the issues addressed were:

  • Challenging stereotypes
  • Promoting the need for gender equality
  • Fighting poverty
  • Wildlife conservation
  • Reduction and reuse of waste

Our final presentation showed initiative and service, as a few of the Grade 4 students introduced their after school club. This is our first student-led after school activity.

It was a delight to see such young minds collaborate and conceive ideas of global significance. Below are some videos they put together.
