Socks for a cause

In-House

Have you ever wondered what supplies homeless shelters need most? Surprisingly, socks! Three Grade 10 students; Dylan, Maria and Ximena, did research on the needs of homeless people for their Global Perspectives class and are now looking for socks in order to help out a local shelter.

Do you have some new pairs of socks (suitable for age 12 and up) that you would be willing to donate? If so, please bring them to the FIS and leave them in the blue box at the Front Office. Donations can be made until the end of February. However, the collection might be extended until the end of March.

Your help would be very much appreciated!
