Grade 9 trip to the Deutsches Museum

Secondary

On Friday, 25 November Grade 9 students went on a Science field trip to the Deutsches Museum in München. The Deutsches Museum is the world’s largest museum of Science and Technology.

All students went on a tour of the Nanotechnology section of the museum in the “Zentrum Neue Technologie” and were then divided into groups for a hands-on workshop. The workshops were about “The Cell – The basic building block of the living things” and “The Universe”. It was a very enjoyable and educational day for all and gave the chance to students to see real life applications of the topics being covered in class.
