4th FIS Forum
The event was organized as a “give back” to sponsors and friends of the school. It is always well received and the guests enjoyed the high quality of the speakers and moderators as well as the relaxing atmosphere at the FIS.
This year we welcomed Matthias Sammer, former German National football player, coach and sports director. He entertained our guests along with award-winning sports reporter Christoph Benesch from the Erlanger Nachrichten Sportredaktion. The topic was, “Wellbeing in Sports and Business.” Matthias Sammer was very authentic and honest with his answers.
He had some interesting messages for our High School students who were in the audience.
Our current FIS strategic planning topics of mindfulness and deep thinking were well addressed. Michael Ahlers, FIS Board member and CEO of the Suxxeed Gmbh in Nürnberg, not only created the “FIS Forum”, this year his company served as a business partner for the evening.
In all, it was a great event that provided great opportunities for good conversation and networking.
The FIS will continue with this format in the future!
