Grade 6 Trip to Saldenburg

Secondary

During the past week, Grade 6 had the opportunity to travel to Saldenburg and the Bavarian Forest to experience a week of recreation and learning.

Through our team-building challenges and daily activities, we developed our communication and problem solving skills. We looked at leadership in different ways as we had to find out the solutions to the questions that arose in each of these challenges. We all saw the 10 km canoe trip as the greatest physical and mental challenge we face over these five days. Each one of us, no matter how long it took, were successful in completing this activity!

With this trip, as a group, we have built a solid foundation to the start of this new school year. Looking forward to more such adventures.
