Bayreuth Tour on May 15, 2019

The PTO cordially invites the FIS community to join us on our visit to Bayreuth!

Historically dedicated to the Arts, Bayreuth stages German romantic composer Wagner’s operas since the 19th century.

First, we will visit Margravial Opera House, a UNESCO world heritage site since 2012, reopened after extensive restoration in 2018, one of the most beautiful baroque theaters of the world. Then, we will be guided through the New Castle and the Italian Palace, both architectural wonders.

Registration: Sign in and pay before May 10 at the FIS reception desk
Fees: 28 EUR, binding
Maximum 25 participants
Additional Info: Carpooling departing from FIS at 8:30; tour followed by lunch
