It’s been a long time coming and finally, we are taking the first step towards establishing a FIS FAN SHOP, offering what we hope to become a range of FIS branded clothes and accessories. And your vote will help to decide what the 1st edition hoodie will look like.
Many of you have been asking about FIS branded hoodies, T-Shirts, and more, to show our support for the school community. Over the years we have had donations and volunteers that produced hoodies or T-Shirts with a FIS logo, but never a consistent approach to the topic. Now, with the support of parents with a background in Marketing and Retail, who run a company that offers apparel and merchandise solutions for schools, we can take this idea to the next level.
We would like to know what you think and by taking part in the survey (link at the end) you can help us make that decision. Whichever design wins the majority vote will be available to buy – hopefully well before the end of the school year.
As a very first step, we are introducing one FIS hoodie that will be available in both Senior and Junior sizes. The garment will be made from organic and recycled materials. The choice is between a navy or a light gray hoodie and two different ideas for the back. For this first edition, we are keeping the design simple to make it popular for the majority in our school community, including little ones and adults.
And if your first choice doesn’t win this time, perhaps it will be added in the future, because the plan is to extend the range with more designs, special editions, T-Shirts, merchandise and much more. We have lots of exciting ideas and hope you do too. Once we have the results of this vote we are hoping to go into production very soon. Watch this space!
Students in Grade 6 and above will have the opportunity to vote directly. For our younger students in the Early Years and Primary School, we would like parents to complete the survey and include their children’s opinions in their vote.
