The PTO cordially invites you to our first active event of 2020: Cross-country skiing in the Fichtelgebirge/Ochsenkopf on Monday, February 17, 2020, from 08:30 until 15:15.
We will drive to Bischofsgrün which is a beautiful area for cross-country skiing! Ski rental (cross-country skies, shoes and sticks) as well as instructions are available.
We strongly advise you to take an instructions course if you have never tried cross country before. You will have the opportunity to learn the basics on the cross-country ski-trails for 2 hours. The more experienced among us will go on a trail together. After skiing, we will meet for lunch and drive back to Erlangen where we expect to arrive by 15:15.
The costs are:
EUR 45 for ski rental and a 2-hour course
EUR 20 for ski rental (no course)
Lunch is not included.
Please let us know at latest by Monday, February 10, 2020, if you would like to do the cross country course or you only need the ski rental. Please also let us know if you are willing to drive. We will have to reserve the equipment in advance and to book a table for lunch.
We kindly ask you to pay at the FIS reception before Monday, February 10, 2020 (in an envelope with your name on it). Your place will be reserved only once the payment has been made by you. Registration is binding.
