GISST Track and Field Meet 2017

In her first heat run last Friday in Berlin, Rebecca Lowack broke the GISST Varsity Girls 100m record from 2012! Congratulations Rebecca, we are so proud of you! Another GISST record was broken by the FIS, too. Congratulations go to Lukas Beste for the new GISST U14 Boys Shot Put Record! In a thrilling final of the U14 Boys High Jump competition on the second day, Lukas Beste won Gold setting once again a new GISST Record!

Final Assemblies

Traditional FIS end-of-the-year school assemblies will take place soon. During the school section assemblies, the coaches will share some experiences from the GISST and Interschool season 2016-2017 and the awards for the MIV (most improved player/athlete), the MVP (most valuable player/athlete) as well as FIS Athlete of the year will be presented to MS and HS GISST participants.

Elementary School
Interschool Cross Country and Swimming
Wednesday, 28 June at 8:45 in the Aula

Middle School
GISST U14 Boys and Girls
Wednesday, 5 July at 13:40 in the Theatre

High School
GISST Varsity Boys and Girls
Tuesday, 4 July at 11:55 in the Theatre.

Summer Sports Camp – Last Call!

This is the last call for all students who are currently in EY4 – Grade 7 and interested in joining the Summer Sports Camp 2017 that will take place for two weeks from Monday, 10 July to Friday, 21 July (Monday to Friday) from 9:00am – 12.00noon. Students will do three different sporting activities each day and the purpose is to have fun and be active. Please note that registration for the summer camp will close on 1st July. There are still places available, so please register soon to avoid any disappointment. The cost is 80 Euros per student per week.
