Grade 12’s Final Assembly and Spirit Week

What a memorable final assembly we had for our Grade 12 students this Tuesday! Mr. Acker from the FIS 1 Front Office shared fun throwbacks about how some of these soon-to-be graduates joined the FIS way back in EY. Our Grade 6 students teased the seniors for being “not-so-young anymore,” while Grade 9 challenged them with a “Who’s Smarter?” game – let’s just say it got very interesting! Grade 10 handed out offbeat prizes, and Grade 11’s stole the show with their hilarious “life skills awards.” At the end, Grade 1 buddy classes came in as a surprise and wrapped it all up by giving each senior a personal note.

Meanwhile, Spirit Week was in full swing, with each day featuring a different theme – think “Dress as Your Future Career” or even “Dress as a Teacher.” The floors were alive with laughter and plenty of photo-worthy moments.

We’re so proud of how far our Grade 12s have come, and we wish them all the best in the world for their upcoming exams. You’ve got this—go show everyone what you’re made of!
