GISST Swimming Gala 2023
Next week Friday and Saturday (February 3-4), our U14 and Varsity Swimming teams are in action at the final GISST Tournament in Frankfurt. Just like in the past, we will have swimmers in all four categories representing the FIS: U14 Boys, U14 Girls, Varsity Boys and Varsity Girls. The swimmers have been training every week since September and I am sure they will have a wonderful and successful weekend. Good luck to all!!
Update: U14 Boys Volleyball
Meanwhile, we have managed to recruit many ambitious boys, and I am happy to announce that the U14 Boys Volleyball training will start on Tuesday, February 7.
The training schedule has had to be slightly adjusted and the U14 Boys Volleyball will now take place always on Monday and Tuesday from 16:00-17:30. Due to the late start of the season, the online registration for this activity has been re-opened and all boys interested could be registered directly via Parent Portal (latest by February 3, 2023).
A big thank you goes to our Varsity Volleyball coaching team, who kindly offered additional support and enabled us to run the U14 Boys Volleyball program as well this school year.
Upcoming Basketball Friendlies – February 11
Mark your calendars! On Saturday, February 11, we will participate in three Basketball Friendly events: Varsity Boys will travel to Munich, U14 Girls to Ulm, and U14 Boys will play here at home. All students participating in the Basketball program this Winter season are invited to join these Friendly events. More details will be shared with parents and players in due time.
