We want to invite you to drop into our Middle School coffee morning on Thursday, December 7, 2017 from 8:00 to 9:00 in room 3.007. The purpose of the morning will be to begin discussions about the morning book club we would like to host with teachers and staff starting in January. We invite you to take a look at the book we have chosen, “The Geography of Thought” by Richard Nisbett. During our meeting we will reflect on the introduction chapter of “The Geography of Thought” and look at the implications this text provides for our learning community. How is thinking related to culture? What are the different systems of perceptions and thoughts? We are both very excited to join in this conversation and dialogue.
