Grade 8 to 12 Outdoor Program: Klettersteig in Hirschbachtal

Secondary

This year, Ms. Jasper and Ms. Schorb will be organizing a series of activities to be held roughly one Saturday or Sunday each month as part of the school’s Outdoor Program. The first trip is a Klettersteig (Via Ferrata) in Franconian Switzerland on Sunday, October 22. A Klettersteig is a combination of hiking, scrambling and rock climbing for which you wear a rock climbing harness and are always secured by a rope.  More information can be found on the Hirschbachtal website. The tour will be guided by a professional agency, ProAlpin, from Bamberg.

If you are interested in attending, please ask Ms. Schorb or Ms. Jasper for a permission slip and return it with 15 euros to either Ms. Schorb or Ms. Jasper by next Wednesday, October 18. We hope to see you there!
