On Tuesday, January 30, 2018, the Grade 7 German First Language group visited the main Faber Castell factory in Stein. We were shown around the factory by a very nice employee of the company to inform us about how pencils are produced. We will write an essay about the history and production of pencils in German class. We had a great time and hope that next year’s 7th Grade will also have the opportunity to visit the factory.
