World Peace Games Underway in Grade 5

Primary

Since February 18, our Grade 5 students have been immersed in the World Peace Games, a dynamic simulation that runs through February 27. Through this complex and fast-paced experience, students step into roles such as heads of state, economic advisors, and negotiators, working together to resolve global crises through strategy, collaboration, and creative thinking.

The Games challenge students to think critically, communicate clearly, and consider multiple perspectives. Alliances are formed, tensions rise, and solutions require both empathy and decisive action—mirroring real-world global leadership.

The level of engagement has been clear from day one. Students arrive each morning ready to dive back into negotiations and problem-solving, eager to see how their decisions shape the outcome. We look forward to seeing how this experience continues to influence their thinking long after the Games conclude.
