We are pleased to share information about the Middle School Awards Assembly which will take place on Tuesday, January 22.
In this assembly, the Middle School will recognize exceptional affective behaviors. The criteria that were selected by Middle School teachers to best represent academic success and exceptional affective behaviors are the ten categories of the IB Learner Profile. Teachers have recently been nominating Middle School students for awards recognizing consistent excellence in each category in each of the grade levels. Ms. Bradley (Middle School Counselor) and I will review all the nominations to identify the nominees who best represent each category in each grade level. FIS certificates will be awarded to the nominees selected in recognition of their success.
We will also take photos of all students who receive certificates and share these with their parents by individual email.
