This school year has proven that the FIS community is ready to reunite and strengthen by the overwhelming support shown from FIS families, teachers, and staff with the success of this year’s Christmas Market.
The PTO Advent Cafe and Kids Crafting Corner would not have been possible without the generous support of our parent volunteers. Your time and participation is greatly appreciated. We also want to thank Bettina Wiegel for her gracious support and collaboration with the PTO as well as her vision and guidance in the re-introduction of the FIS Christmas Market after a two year hiatus due to the Corona Pandemic.
Events in January
The PTO is excited to announce that the parent excursions will resume in January. Our first excursion will be a visit to the German National Museum in Nürnberg where parents will receive a private tour in English of the most prominent objects and paintings of the GNM’s collections. Parents will then have some time to explore the museum before we continue to a local restaurant for an optional lunch.
More details and dates as well as sign up sheets for the museum tour will be available on the PTO pin board located in the Aula.
