The recent visit from FAU President, Prof. Dr. -Ing. Joachim Hornegger, was a key moment as our Grade 12 students approach important decisions about their future, and Grades 10 and 11 explore potential paths. Prof. Dr. -Ing. Hornegger highlighted the wide range of degree programs offered at FAU, emphasizing the strong connections the university maintains with global organizations in the region – both during studies and afterward. He also underscored the importance of internships as part of students’ academic journeys.
The Q&A session brought forward thoughtful questions from our students, including inquiries about research opportunities, support for international students, and the potential for future tuition fees. After the formal session, some FIS students approached Prof. Dr. -Ing. Hornegger individually, looking for specific advice and guidance. FAU’s visit provided our students with valuable insights, helping them consider their next steps with more confidence and clarity.
