The fall season of our After School Activity Program will begin on September 23, 2019. The program is available on the After School Activity page. Online registration through the Parent Portal will open on Monday, September 9 at 17:00 and will close on Monday, September 16, 2019 at 9:00.
Please be aware that some activities offer a limited number of placements and might be quickly booked out! Some activities might be canceled if the number of participants is not sufficient. A final confirmation will be sent per email, latest by Thursday, September 19.
Students who sign up to participate in the After School Activity Program (ASAP) are committed to the activity for the specific day of the week and for the full period of the course. Please note that all courses conclude at 16:45 on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, and at 15:10 on Fridays. There is no bus transportation provided after the After School Activities. Parents are responsible for ensuring their child/ren participating in the ASAP are picked up from school on those days.
