Growing Student Voice at the AGIS Aspiring Leaders Conference

A group of G6-8 students from FIS took part in the second annual AGIS Aspiring Leaders Conference, held at the Metropolitan School Frankfurt on March 21.

The conference brought together student leaders from international schools to explore what it means to represent their peers and take an active role in shaping their school communities. Throughout the day, our students engaged in workshops and collaborative sessions focused on communication, leadership, and student voice.

Working alongside students from other schools and learning from experts in student leadership, they developed practical skills and new perspectives on how to move from sharing ideas to leading meaningful change.

The experience offered a valuable opportunity to connect, reflect, and grow as leaders. We look forward to seeing how these students bring their learning back into the FIS community.
