Helau and Alaaf! Yes, it is that time of the year again. Time for Fasching. A big tradition, not only celebrated in Germany, but also immensly popular around the globe: whether Rio de Janeiro, Venice or Cologne, in February it is time to put on your funniest or most original costume and celebrate (and maybe enjoy a few “Krapfen”).
