Yesterday, our FIS community came together to celebrate St. Martin’s Day. The evening began in the FIS courtyard with Bratwurst, Krapfen, Glühwein, and Kinderpunsch, followed by the much-anticipated visit from St. Martin himself on horseback.
As lanterns glowed in the dark, students and families set off on the traditional walk. A special highlight was singing for our neighbors at the senior residence, bringing smiles and the true spirit of St. Martin to our local community. The walk continued through the neighborhood as we shared songs, smiles, and the traditional Martinswecken for everyone to enjoy.
A huge thank you to the PTO and all the volunteers who made this evening so special!
