Dancing is a great way for kids to build confidence, body awareness, memory, creativity and strength. We will learn dance moves, create our own dances and work together as a team to dance. We will start each class with stretching, and warm up with a dance to get our muscles ready. Then we will learn a few moves and add them to our dance. We will take time to use our creativity and self-confidence to have a dance circle to try out new moves. Then we will stretch and relax, practicing mindfulness to cool down from our class.
