Responsibilities:
- Teach the educational program relevant to subject and grade level(s) based on the FIS curriculum
- Provide individualized and small group support to 1st and 2nd Grade students
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to develop tailored learning plans
- Create and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students requiring additional support
- Communicate regularly with parents to update them on their child’s progress and needs
- Meet with staff, parents, and specialists to review student progress and adjust strategies
- Monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods to ensure growth
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment

The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:
- Relevant University degree and/or relevant additional qualifications for supporting students with identified exceptionalities/special educational needs
- Ability to work in a team
- Strong focus on student-centered learning
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- IB PYP, MYP or DP experience preferred
- Experience in an international school an advantage
- Minimum of two years teaching experience in Learning Support preferred
