Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for staff, students and parents
- Manage Front Office tasks such as attendance, student filing systems, welcoming visitors, parcel reception, and stationary collection
- Handle incoming phone calls, correspondence, and student/staff information requests professionally
- Plan, organize and implement all after school activity programs per school year
- Issue administrative documents promptly
- Cover for absent colleagues and carry out administrative tasks
The ideal candidate
- Professional experience in the administration
- Excellent MS Office skills and experience working with databases
- Flexibility and ability to multitask
- High organization skills, ability to prioritize and to work to tight deadlines
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Very good spoken and written English and German skills
