Managing Stress


During the Middle School years and beyond, children begin to move from childhood into adolescence. This developmental change can present many challenges for parents. Today’s article focuses on how to manage stress.  While some stress is a normal part of life, too much stress can be harmful physically and emotionally.  Because stress happens to everybody, the attached article explores ways to talk about stress with your family.
