Yoga Grade 6 to 9
Yoga is the time that helps us to develop our power, improve our flexibility and most importantly feel inner and outer balance. Through creative flows, breathing techniques and relaxation tools you will learn to feel your unique inner strength, improve your concentration and most importantly feel empowered, energized and just happy. That’s what it’s all about! Let’s roll out the mat and explore the path of yoga together! Please bring your own mat!
Classes will start on November 11 and end on December 16.
