Yoga Grade 4 to 6
Yoga is the time that helps us to develop our strength, improve our flexibility and of course to have fun. We discover all of this through creative, playful movement flows, as well as breathing and relaxation elements. Through yoga, you will learn to experience your unique strength, feel empowered, energized and just be happy. That’s what it’s all about!
