Yoga for High School
Through mindful movement, we can build upon our strength and flexibility, but more importantly, we can become more in tune with our selves and others. In this 60-minute yoga class, we will embrace self-love through grounding meditations, breathing techniques and a mixture of restorative, Hatha, and Vinyasa sequences
Prepare to be challenged physically and mentally in a way which will allow you to invite more peace into your life. Yoga is for everybody type and experience level, so please come as you are. You will need to wear comfortable stretchy clothing and bring a water bottle and a yoga mat (mats can be provided for those who do not have one).
