Yoga for Grade 1 and 2
The purpose of yoga is to calm down our mind. During this yoga class, we will work with our body and breathing to support our mind on its way to relaxation. We will do this with the help of child-friendly stories and adventures. This will help to increase body sensation, coordination and self-confidence. The focus is not on achievements but on getting to know our body and our breathing rhythm in a playful way.
Please bring a yoga mat, a towel, comfortable clothes and something to drink.
The classes will start on Thursday 10 October.
