Yoga for Grade 1 and 2
Children are actually natural yogis, and this allows them to receive the teachings of yoga and grow from them in inspiring ways!
Yoga teaches children how to accept and love themselves for who they are, to see the good in others and how to focus or calm their minds..
Every class offered will be filled with yoga poses, games, stories, and songs to help children improve their self-confidence, body awareness and concentration; a healthy exploration of what it means to be a child!
Please bring a yoga mat, comfortable clothes and something to drink.
