Fit Fun Kids
Fit Fun Kids is an outdoor sports program to improve your fitness level in a playful and fun way. We’ll do various physical activities and movements based on endurance training and strength exercises with your own body weight. You will improve your coordination and concentration skills as well as your general strength.The aim of this course is getting stronger, fitter and develop a good body awareness.
We’ll also learn how to consciously relax after physical activities by finishing the sessions with a stretching and relaxation unit. During the sessions, we’ll also concentrate on our breathing techniques to learn how to regulate our body and counteract shallow breathing.
FIT FUN KIDS is a well-rounded programme that targets both body and mind and is accompanied by modern pop music.
As sun light and fresh air have a more positive effect on the human organism and general health than indoor sports, we’ll mostly stay outdoor. However, if the weather conditions are very bad we will train indoor.
