BodyLanguage – Mind your body, embody your mind!
Bodylanguage is the universal language by which we can read each other’s mind and comprehend our own. Our body can either be our best friend or our worst enemy. Emotions are the language of our body and thoughts are the language of our brain. Since mind and body deeply affect each other, moving our body will clear our thoughts and ease our emotions. A calm and concentrated mind inside a body at ease enhances resilience, adaptability, flexibility, energy and well-being.
We will work with Mental Imagery (Franklin Method) and Bodybliss elements to increase our cognition and playfully explore many fascinating details of our fluid anatomy. Each session will contain a warm up of our receptive system, conscious movements as well as activity games to develop skills like strength, endurance, coordination and balance. It will end in open attention to collect all the impressions of body and mind which came up.
