With bodybliss we playfully inquire the fluid nature of our anatomy. Our fascia is responsible for proprioception, a well- functioning immune system and the sense of well being. We play with imagination, sounds and breath to bring the qualities of water into our movements.They will include a wide range from subtle to energy burning practices to train our fascia. By listening into the body, following the movements, we increase the body awareness and enhance our consciousness.
These days flexibility are asked of our children more then ever. Bodybliss will hopefully facilitate them with some skills to adapt to the frequent changes of their lifes. Please bring your own mat!
